The six-week lifestyle improvement program explores the spectrum of Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management & Social Support to impact total well being. The Spectrum is a scientifically proven program to feel better, live longer, lose weight and gain health.

The Jameson Hospital Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease delivers The Spectrum as a modified version of the program that is based on the clinically-proven research by Dr. Dean Ornish. It is designed for participants to begin to explore making lifestyle changes based on their health issues and preferences.
